Will my counsellor keep everything I say confidential?
Yes — with a few legal exceptions. What you share stays between you and your counsellor, unless there’s a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or if we’re legally required to disclose information. We’ll always try to talk with you first if any concerns arise.
Where can I read or share testimonials?
