Do you offer resources outside of counselling?
Yes — our Healing Toolkit is a free, self-led resource designed to support your recovery from narcissistic abuse and coercive control. You can learn more about it in the section below.
Can I be a client and a volunteer or collaborator at the same time?
To maintain clear clinical boundaries and protect your emotional safety, we do not allow dual relationships. This means you cannot be an active client of our counselling service while also volunteering or collaborating on our projects.
Do you offer support groups?
We don’t currently run support groups. While we can’t track what’s available in every local area, we’ve included some links below that you may find helpful:
• The Freedom Programme (https://freedomprogramme.co.uk/search2.php)
• The Voice Programme (https://awarenessmatters.org.uk/)
• Psychology Today – Support Groups (https://www.psychologytoday.com/gb/groups/england) — A searchable directory that allows you to filter by location and specific issues (such as narcissistic abuse or domestic violence).
You can also explore more resources on our Useful Contacts page.(https://www.theechosociety.org.uk/useful-contacts)
