Who do you work with?
We support adults who have been affected by narcissistic abuse or coercive control in any kind of relationship — past or present. This includes people who have experienced these dynamics with:
• a parent or caregiver (including experiences from childhood or adulthood)
• a partner or ex‑partner
• a sibling
• a friend
• a colleague, manager, or workplace system
• a community, organisational, or institutional structure
• another significant person in their life
We also work with clients navigating related challenges, such as:
• parallel parenting
• child contact difficulties or manipulation
• Family Court stress
• legal or procedural pressure
• post‑separation abuse
• alienating behaviours (sometimes referred to as parental alienation)
• child‑to‑parent abuse (CPA)
• adult‑to‑parent familial abuse (APFA)
We recognise that narcissistic abuse and coercive control often overlap with other forms of harm, including physical, sexual, economic or financial abuse; stalking; honour‑based violence; and digital or tech‑based abuse.
If your experience isn’t listed here, it still matters. If it has affected your safety, wellbeing, or sense of self, you are welcome here.
