Who do you work with? (Inclusion & Identity)
We work with people of all genders, sexualities, and backgrounds. Our service is open to everyone — including men, non‑binary people, and LGBTQIA+ clients. We recognise that narcissistic abuse and coercive control can affect people from all backgrounds, and our support reflects that. Our team includes counsellors with both lived and professional experience across a wide range of communities. We are committed to creating an inclusive, affirming, and trauma‑informed space where all individuals feel seen, heard, and supported with dignity and respect.
Do you offer accessibility adjustments?
Yes — we’re committed to making our services as accessible as possible. We can offer adjustments such as:
• Flexible session times
• Screen reader–friendly materials
• Text‑based communication options
• Additional breaks during sessions
We also use secure, encrypted platforms such as VSee, which is often more stable for clients with lower bandwidth or specific digital accessibility needs.
Let us know what you need — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer phone counselling?
We currently offer counselling sessions online via secure, encrypted video platforms. At this time, we don’t provide phone‑based sessions. If you have specific access needs or concerns about using video, please let us know — we’ll do our best to support you or signpost you to other trusted services.
Do you offer support for neurodivergent clients?
Yes — many of our clients identify as neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, autism, or sensory sensitivities. We aim to create a space that honours your unique ways of processing and communicating. Many of our counsellors have specialist training in neurodiversity, and several bring their own lived experience to this work. Let us know what helps you feel safe and supported — we’ll do our best to meet you there.
Do you offer counselling in other languages, or if English isn’t my first language?
At present, our counselling is offered in English only. However, we’re actively working to expand our team and training to include multilingual support in the future. If English isn’t your first language but you feel comfortable communicating in it, we’ll do our best to support you with care and clarity.
What if I have accessibility needs that aren’t listed?
We know that access needs are diverse and evolving. If there’s something specific that would help you feel safer or more supported, please let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate or explore alternatives together.
