Is there an age limit?
Yes — our services are for individuals aged 18 and over.
Do I need to be in the UK?
Yes — due to legal and regulatory requirements, we can only offer counselling to clients based in the UK.
Is your service right for me?
While we aim to be inclusive, there are times when our specialist service may not be the most appropriate level of care — for example, during an active crisis or when someone is experiencing complex mental health needs that require more intensive or multi‑disciplinary support. In these situations, we’ll always do our best to signpost you to NHS or crisis services that can offer the level of care you need and deserve.
