Stay Safe (Quick Exit)(https://www.google.com/)
If your internet use may be monitored, you can use the EXIT SITE (https://www.google.com/)button to leave quickly. Where possible, try to use a device that feels safe — one that others cannot access — and consider clearing your browser history after visiting this page.
Important: We Are Not a Crisis Service
The Echo Society provides therapeutic support, including counselling, support groups, workshops, and psychoeducational resources.
We are not an emergency or crisis service, and we are unable to provide immediate or urgent intervention.
If you feel you are in immediate danger or cannot stay safe, please contact emergency or crisis services directly.
In an Emergency

If you cannot speak safely, dial 999 and press 55 when prompted. This alerts the police that you need urgent assistance but cannot speak (known as the Silent Solution)(https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk/our-work/key-areas-of-work/silent-solution).
