What happens when counselling ends?
When your counselling journey comes to a close — whether after six sessions or longer-term work — your counsellor will support you in preparing for that transition. We offer a structured review, space to reflect, and signposting to other resources if needed. You’re always welcome to return in the future, and many clients reconnect with us at different points in their healing journey.
Can I give feedback on my counselling experience?
Yes — your feedback is always welcome. It helps us improve our services and ensure we’re meeting the needs of our community. You can share your thoughts anonymously through our Counselling Feedback Form.(https://www.theechosociety.org.uk/counselling-feedback-form) Every voice matters, and your experience helps shape how we grow.
