Will I receive reminders about my sessions?
Some counsellors may offer reminders, while others may not — it varies depending on how they work. Feel free to ask your counsellor during your assessment or first session. Either way, we recommend making a note of your session time in a way that works for you, such as a calendar or phone reminder.
Can I request a specific counsellor?
You’re welcome to let us know if you feel drawn to a particular counsellor based on their profile.(https://www.theechosociety.org.uk/meet-our-counsellors-and-psychotherapists) While we can’t always guarantee availability, we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference.
Do you offer free counselling?
While we’re not currently able to offer free sessions, we’re committed to making support as accessible as possible. We offer a limited number of low-cost spaces for those experiencing financial hardship. If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll do our best to help or signpost you to other trusted services.
