What kind of organisation are you
The Echo Society, formerly known as LNASG — the London Narcissistic Abuse Support Group — is a not‑for‑profit organisation founded in 2016 by and for individuals impacted by narcissistic abuse and coercive control.
We are a grassroots movement shaped by the commitment of our volunteers and the specialist knowledge of our trauma‑informed counsellors and psychotherapists. Our work is grounded in emotional safety, autonomy, and lived experience.
As a private company limited by guarantee, we operate on a not‑for‑profit basis. Our income sustains our mission: to prevent narcissistic abuse and coercive control, and to provide accessible, trauma‑informed support that centres lived experience.
