What is the Associate Counsellor role at The Echo Society?
The Associate Counsellor role involves providing online, trauma‑informed counselling to adults affected by narcissistic abuse, coercive control, and relational trauma. Practitioners work remotely across the UK and are supported through supervision, reflective practice, and a values‑led, emotionally safe team environment.
You can read the full role description here: Associate Counsellor / Psychotherapist – Narcissistic Abuse & Relational Trauma (Remote, UK)
Can I apply to work with Echo if I am also receiving counselling?
We recognise that some individuals drawn to this field may also seek support for themselves. To maintain clear and ethical professional boundaries, individuals cannot be both a client and a practising counsellor within The Echo Society at the same time. If you are currently receiving support, you are welcome to explore future opportunities with Echo once that work has come to a close.
