Deena brings extensive lived experience, offering a grounded understanding of the complex dynamics involved in narcissistic abuse. She meets clients with warmth, steadiness, and deep respect for the realities they have faced, helping them make sense of confusing or destabilising relational experiences.

Her core therapeutic approach is Integrative, drawing on Psychodynamic and Person‑Centred foundations, with elements of CBT where helpful. Deena also has a strong specialist interest in OCD and incorporates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) — the gold‑standard approach — and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) when appropriate.
