Trauma‑Informed Online Counselling Across the UK
Support for the emotional and relational challenges shaping your experiences or relationships — at a pace that feels right for you
We recognise that not all emotional struggles come from a single event or relationship. Sometimes life simply becomes heavy, confusing, or difficult to navigate.
Alongside our specialist support for narcissistic abuse and coercive control, we offer trauma‑informed online counselling for adults navigating a wide range of emotional and relational experiences. This may include experiences such as anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, periods of overwhelm, burnout, identity concerns, or things that feel difficult to untangle.
All of these experiences are welcome here and will be met with care.
Our trauma‑informed online counselling service is available across the UK — including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland — so support is accessible wherever you are.
If any of your experiences connect to narcissistic abuse or coercive control, we also offer a dedicated specialist support pathway.
Our counselling service is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent mental health support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services.
If this feels like the right space for you, you’re welcome to request an initial assessment.
Why trauma‑informed support matters
Emotional wellbeing and mental health are shaped by the experiences we carry — past and present. Many people find themselves struggling with confidence, boundaries, relationships, or a sense of direction, even when there isn’t a single event to point to.
Counselling can help you:
-
understand emotional patterns
-
make sense of what feels confusing or stuck
-
build resilience and self‑trust
-
develop sustainable coping strategies
-
reconnect with your own pace, needs, and boundaries
You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support. Sometimes the most meaningful change begins with simply having space to speak freely and be met with care.

Who we support
