ABOUT
US

The Echo Society, formerly known as LNASG, is a not-for-profit organisation founded in 2016 by and for individuals impacted by narcissistic abuse and coercive control. We are a grassroots movement shaped by the courage of our volunteers and the deep experience of our compassionate counsellors and psychotherapists. We are united by a shared commitment to emotional safety, autonomy, and specialist care.

We believe no one should have to navigate these forms of emotional and psychological abuse alone. Our core mission is to provide specialised support and vital resources for those affected — helping them find their voice, reclaim their freedom, and rebuild their lives.

Beyond direct support, we are actively engaged in awareness-raising, campaigning, and collaborative advocacy. We work to shed light on these often-hidden forms of relational trauma and abuse, creating a society where every individual is valued, heard, and included.

We are committed to making vital support consistently available — empowering individuals to navigate their healing journey with clarity, compassion, and care.
