The 'Survivors Creative Works' project was a vibrant initiative that empowered individuals impacted by narcissistic abuse and coercive control, to express their journey, emotions, and healing through various artistic mediums. Recognising the therapeutic power of creativity, this project provided:

• A safe outlet: A supportive space for individuals to process complex feelings and experiences through creative expression.

• Skill development: Opportunities to engage in art, writing or other creative forms.

• Community building: A platform for shared experience and connection through creative expression.

This project celebrated the inherent creativity within individuals and their unique paths to recovery. The works generated offered profound insights into their experiences and incredible resilience.
