LEO

I am a qualified Gestalt and Psychodynamic Counsellor with over 13 years’ experience of supporting people in schools, charitable organisations and accept referrals from GP practices as well as the Echo Society.  I currently have a private practice working with people from an array of backgrounds. People work with me who have experience various forms of trauma, including domestic violence, childhood abuse and specifically narcissistic abuse.

Being in a relationship with a narcissist is likely to leave you feeling like a different, less confident person, struggling with persistent questions, such as, “How come nobody understands what I’m going through?”, “How can I trust again?”, “Why can’t I be like other people?” “How did this happen to me?”  My approach endeavours to help you achieve a better understanding of yourself, your relationships, ease emotional pain, and contribute to your wellbeing.

Working at your pace, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where we will work towards achieving your therapeutic goals.  This work will also involve exploring your childhood relationships and experiences and their impact on how you are today.

The confidentiality and wellbeing of my clients is important and I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and adhere to its ethical framework.
